What a fabulous day participating in the Lake Success Clean Up for National Public Lands Day! AERO students helped with various task to make the camping area more enjoyable as well as build new life ring stands. The WildLink Ambassadors did a great job at communicating information learned on their Nature Bridge WildLink trip to Yosemite last spring. The Leave No Trace pamphlet they created was a great talking point to communicate the importance of protecting and preserving nature.

The AERO seniors had a great time at today’s 6th Grade Exhibition. They got the chance to showcase some of the valuable skills & tips they learn in their core CTE classes in a fun way! They were able to share their knowledge and influence the younger generation to see all the career opportunities there is in AERO. We are very grateful that the PUSD Pathways host such influential events like these.

Their task was to build a wall with a door frame with the correct measurements and adjustments. Out of 9 schools & 13 teams that participated our AERO 6 & 7th students being Inuyasha Alcántar, Landon Hoard, Diego Lopez and Santos Ramos scored 3rd place. On March 1, 2024 our AERO juniors went out to Famoso Dragstrip and watched the races. They got to witness how some of the fundamentals of engineering is applied in the production of these cars. Which is what they learn about in their Engineering Tech AERO class. The students had a blast watching the races live and in person!
