Last night the PYP Exhibition event showcased the hard work of students and teachers. Our 5th graders shared a wide range of student-selected and student-led inquiry projects as a capstone to their time at SCA Lombardi. We are very proud of these students for their research around real-world issues and their presentations to the school community.

At SCA Lombardi, we develop students who are knowledgeable. Through the IB PYP program, students explore issues that have local and global significance. Today our 3rd-grade Lombardi Bears showed off their knowledge and communication skills with their “Wax Museum” Each student chose an animal to research, wrote and delivered a speech, while dressed in costumes they created. So proud of their hard work, inquiry, and creativity!

Our 5th grade IB learners engaged in a STEM activity to create a tea crate that will float and keep the tea safe during their Where We Are in Place and Time unit. So proud of their hard work and determination!
