It was great to see new and old faces at our parent orientations. Thank you for taking the time to come out and get inundated with information! We hope you had a chance to sign up for our committees and get your questions answered!
Don't forget our work day coming up on Saturday, August 29! We are going to need all hands on deck. We are also looking forward to our student orientations, and playdates next week and hope to see you at our Frenzy meeting on September 1st at 6:30!

Out of our 80 students, only 1/2 have their enrollment forms turned in. Our teachers rely on this information to get things ready for your children. Please locate the email that Laurie sent on July 24th and follow the link to fill out your forms. All forms, medical records and a criminal history are due ASAP! I’ll be sending emails to all families so you know what you’re missing.

Our parent orientations start tomorrow! We can't wait to see you all. Don't forget to bring any medical forms for your child. If you haven't had a chance to send in for your background checks, please do that immediately so that you can be approved to volunteer in the classroom!

We hope that our Field Station Families are all doing well after these storms. We are busy getting ready to welcome back all our families!

As a reminder all September tuition is due on August 20th. If you wish to be on our auto charge program, please reach out to [email protected]. This will save you the $5 PayPal fee, and our treasurer truly appreciates the ease of the program. :) If you wish to write a check and drop it at the barn, please do so by the 20th to avoid a $10 late fee.

If you have medical forms to turn in, you can do so by scanning and sending a PDF (no jpeg images please) to [email protected]. OOOORRRRR you can hold on to them and bring them during registration.

Don't forget to get background checks done for all individuals that will be volunteering IN our classrooms. If you have questions about the process, please email [email protected]. Once you have your background check cleared by ICPC, please forward the email along with your child's name to [email protected]

Field Station family, firstly we hope that you are all safe from yesterday’s storm. It was a big one and I know many of us are still assessing damages.

Secondly, September invoices went out today. All families have until the 20th to get this paid. If you opted for auto charge, tuition should have already been charged. There are several accounts where the card was declined. Please check to make sure your card has not expired! :) If you’d like to set up auto charge, please contact [email protected]

Lastly, all forms, background checks and medical paperwork need to be filled out and submitted by August 31st, if not much sooner for my sanity. :)

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone that came to our Soiree last night and those of you who bid from home. Everything was amazing, from the food, to the drinks, to the auction items,to the music and of course the location. Biggest of thanks to Molly, Lauren, Mary and the whole Soiree crew. We couldn’t have done it without you all putting in so much time and energy into our biggest fundraiser of the year.
We hope you all enjoyed yourselves. Cheers!
