A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Jones Elementary staff and the PHS athletes and coaches who volunteered their time this morning to help clean up our school grounds following last week’s storm damage! ❤️

Because of your hard work, dedication, and willingness to lend a hand, we will not need any additional cleanup days, and Jones will be ready to welcome our students on Tuesday, August 25th! 🎉

A special thank you to Mr. Chlebowski and our incredible custodial staff, who have been working tirelessly all week, cleaning up, cutting down trees, and preparing the grounds for removal.

We are so grateful for the teamwork and support of our school community. It truly takes a village, and we are so fortunate to have one that shows up when it matters most!

FAMILY NIGHT
Join us for our first-ever Family Night on August 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Families and students are welcome to come to the school to pick up schedules, find lockers, and tour the building.

BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT
Come meet your Fegely Intermediate School staff at Back to School Night! Grade 5 families and students are welcome on August 12 from 5:00-6:30 p.m., and 6th grade and related arts families and students are welcome on August 13 from 5:00-6:30 p.m.

We look forward to seeing our families for these exciting events!

👀 “Where is Mrs. Whitten?” 👀

Since becoming Interim Principal, Mrs. Whitten has been active and on the move throughout the building—being present, having fun with students, and building relationships along the way!

That inspired a fun schoolwide activity based on the classic “Where’s Waldo?” idea. Pictures of Mrs. Whitten were hidden throughout the building, and students were challenged to search, find them, and bring them back to tape onto her door.

The excitement was contagious as students searched high and low, and we even had a champion finder! 🏆 Quinn P. from 2nd grade discovered the most hidden Mrs. Whitten pictures!

We love Mrs. Whitten and will truly miss her as she moves on to become the Dean of Students at Fegely Intermediate. Wishing her all the best in this next exciting chapter!
