Portage Preschool Portage Preschool is dedicated to the growth and education of preschool age children in our community

Portage Preschool was founded to be a caring and safe environment, well equipped to prepare children to seamlessly integrate into the Portage school system. With over 60 years of experience between our staff we care for children in a holistic way, focusing not only on their learning environment but on their emotional growth and PPS Website Header Logo Smalldevelopment as well. For over 20 years parents have entrusted our teachers with providing their children with curriculum based lesson plans developed in collaboration with the school system that help develop preschoolers into kindergarten ready children.

It is with a very heavy heart that we have to cancel the 2024/25 school year. The enrollment numbers as of yesterday will not financially support a school year for us. We throughly enjoyed teaching your children and looked forward to another successful year. As of now, we are planning on trying again for the 2025/26 school year. Thank you for your support & trusting us with your children.

T/TH: It’s been an amazing preschool year! Your littles learned how to make friends, share, take turns, stand in a line, and work together with their peers. They’ve learned their colors and shapes, letters and numbers, writing their name and using scissors. It was a fun year and we hope to see your next year! ❤️
