Can’t wait to see as many of our athletes as possible take advantage of our sports physical day TODAY!!! The cost is only $30 and every athlete needs the exam before participating, so please come out and take care of that today at the school gym.

All sports athletes are welcome, Fall, Winter, and Spring! (Our sports this year include Coed Soccer, Boys and Girls Volleyball, Boys and Girls Basketball, Cheerleading, Track/Running, and possibly Baseball/Softball)

Sports physical opportunities:

Dr. Brett Brechner is donating his services to us and will be doing Physicals* in the gym on Wednesday July 22 3:30-5:30pm. The cost is $30 all of which goes to the athletic department!
We accept cash,check and credit/debit card.

ALSO
If you haven't signed up for the fall sports season you MUST do so ASAP.
The signup window closes and all physicals are due by Wednesday July 22, 6:00pm.

**Remember NOT signed up and NO physical means NO practicing NO exceptions.*

Tamara(from the athletic department) will be there to collect forms and payments. Please do not try and give anything to the coaches. Coaches are not allowed to collect any money or forms

We are still looking for athletes (or bodies!) for our MS and HS soccer teams!! Come join the fun and ride the soccer wave.This is a great way to start your year with a great group of teammates that have a great time out on the soccer pitch!!! (It’s also one of the best ways to get in shape for the basketball season!)

We’ll see you out at the fields from 3-5 pm weekdays!

REMINDER!!!

Official practices start Monday, July 13th.
All teams will be holding practices throughout the week. If you haven’t been attending the summer workouts, this week will be the time you start. Meet your teammates and start conditioning for the season!

Our Soccer teams are coached by Mr. Mark Gillis and Pastor Ryon Adcock. They will be practicing weekdays from 330-530.

Our Varsity Volleyball team is coached by Mrs. Ilissa Plucinski and her practices also run from 330-530 during the week.

Our Middle School Volleyball team is coached by Mrs. Morgan Hammond and her practices for this week will be Tuesday and Thursday from 530-730 and Wednesday’s from 420-550.

We also want to invite as many of our athletes as possible to our Sports Physical Day next Wednesday, July 22nd from 3-5 pm in the gym at PCS. The cost is $30 and Dr. Brett Brechner will be performing the exams and donating the proceeds to the Athletic Department! Please consider supporting us through this program! All athletes need to have a physical done for the school year anyway!

Our athletes have been putting in the work, building strength, endurance, and confidence! 💥 It’s not too late to join us!
