I don’t even know where to begin! 🥹❤️
First, THANK YOU to every single family and little one who came out to our 2nd Annual Toddler Mini Rave last night!
We DOUBLED our attendance from last year, and I seriously cannot put into words how loved, blessed, and grateful I feel knowing that this little event I dreamed up has turned into something so many families look forward to!
The kiddos danced their hearts out, made new friends, caught up with old friends, ate LOTS of cookies 👀 and most importantly, got to spend the evening being completely themselves!
Watching all those little personalities light up the dance floor, seeing parents dancing alongside their kiddos, and knowing everyone was having such a great time made every bit of planning worth it. This is exactly why I started the Mini Rave in the first place.🥰
Of course, I have some very special people and businesses to thank because this night would not have been possible without them!

Mitten Littles
Another HUGE thank you to our sponsor, Mitten Littles! They created our Mini Rave shirts this year, and I am OBSESSED with how they turned out! The quality, the feel, the design, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. I cannot tell you how many adults came up to me talking about how much they loved their shirts and couldn’t wait to wear them again! They seriously knocked it out of the park!
The Montessori School
A special thank you to the Montessori school on Howard Street in Kalamazoo for helping us spread the word about this year’s event! I loved being able to include your school community in the Mini Rave and give back a portion of ticket sales from participating families. Supporting other organizations that care so much about our little ones makes events like this even more special!
Rocann Fleming
Thank you for bringing the music and keeping our little dancers moving! We especially appreciated being able to make song requests throughout the night. There were definitely some favorites that got everyone out on the dance floor!
Mark, Get Set, Draw!
Mark, you were AMAZING! Watching you create those adorable caricatures of our little guests was so much fun. You have such an incredible talent, and I’m so happy you were part of our event again this year!
Kary Sunshine
Can we talk about the face painting?! Kary created the most beautiful designs that absolutely GLOWED under our UV lights! The kids looked incredible, and your outfit was PERFECT for the occasion! You fit right into our little rave world, and I loved having you there!
Dream It- Events and Creations
A huge thank you to Dream It Events and Creations for creating our beautiful balloon banner and drink signs! They turned out absolutely gorgeous and were definitely a hit for photos. They added the perfect touch to our Mini Rave setup!
Mara Schrock at The Little Latte Lounge
Thank you so much to Mara for letting me borrow your pizza warmer! That thing is a BEAST and was such a huge help throughout the night. I truly appreciate you letting us use it! If you’re looking for another fun way to move and play, I’ll be at The Little Latte Lounge on Friday, October 16th at 10:00 a.m. to lead a dance class! I’d love to see some of our little ravers there.
And last but certainly not least, THANK YOU to everyone who helped me bring this event together. From setting up decorations and getting everything ready to helping throughout the night and staying to clean up afterward, I appreciate every single one of you more than you know.
What started as a little idea in my head has turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. Seeing families come together, kids making memories, and so many people supporting Little Movers means the absolute world to me.
