WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU, HUSKIES!

While the first day of school is still a week away, we’re excited to start welcoming our students and families back to Portage Northern!

Our Link Leaders are hard at work preparing to welcome the Class of 2030 for 9th Grade Orientation on Monday. We’ll also have opportunities for our Huskie students and families to get connected and familiar with PN:

Here’s what’s happening Monday:
*9th Grade Orientation - Monday (see graphic)
*9th Grade Parent/Guardian Meeting - Monday at 11 a.m.
*New Student Building Tour - Monday at 12pm for students new to PN

And then on Tuesday, August 25, we’ll open our doors for Open House! Open House begins at 6:30pm in the PN Auditorium.

These are the first steps toward an exciting new school year, and we can’t wait to see our Huskie families, meet our new students, and welcome everyone back to the Pack!

What better way to celebrate the start of summer break than a little nostalgia and a lot of Huskie spirit? 🌞

Our staff is dancing their way into summer to a popular song from the year they each began teaching - celebrating how far they’ve come and the memories along the way.

Today, we celebrate two members of our Huskie family as they begin exciting new chapters.

After 32 years of inspiring, supporting, and making a difference in the lives of countless students, we wish a heartfelt congratulations to Mrs. Kim Palmer. Your dedication, passion, and impact will continue to be felt for generations to come.

We also extend our sincere thanks to our Officer Burleson for four years of service to our students, staff, and school community. We are grateful for the relationships you've built and wish you the very best as you return to patrol service.

Though their paths are different, both have left a lasting mark on our school. Thank you for your commitment, care, and service to our Huskie Pack.

Best wishes on your next adventures!
