🚗 Portage Cruise Nights: The Video Is FINALLY Here! 🚗

I know, I know. You’ve been waiting on this one for a while, and I appreciate your patience! This video covers BOTH the August and September Cruise Nights, so between hours and hours of footage, picking the best shots, and getting the edit just right, this one took some time. But I think it was worth the wait.

From classic muscle cars to custom builds and everything in between, both nights brought out an amazing crowd. Seeing all that chrome and shine from above never gets old, and capturing the energy of the community coming together month after month was a blast.

Okay, be honest... who’s already missing Cruise Nights? 🙋‍♂️ The season might be over, but this video should hold you over until the engines fire back up next spring!

A huge thank you to everyone who brought out their rides, the organizers who make these nights happen, and every single person who stopped by to say hi. Events like this are what make Portage such a great place to live.

🎃 Don’t put those cars away just yet! 🎃
The Trunk or Treat Car Show is happening Saturday, October 24th from 11AM to 4PM at Imagination Glen Park (2275 McCool Rd, Portage)! With 300+ cars handing out candy, a costume contest, craft and food vendors, and spooky crafts for the kids, it’s the perfect way to get one more car meet in before winter. All cars are welcome, so deck out your trunk and let’s pack the lot!

Hosted by Wiener Wagon Racing.

🎥 Grab some popcorn, turn up the volume, and enjoy! Tag yourself or your car if you spot it, and share it with your fellow car lovers!

🎃✈️ Scairport at KPPO ✈️🎃

What a fun day at La Porte Municipal Airport! I spent Scairport with my Civil Air Patrol family from the Valparaiso Composite Squadron, meeting families, talking aviation, and sharing a little about what we do in the air and on the ground.

It’s always a great feeling to see kids light up around airplanes and drones. Some of them could be our next pilots, and that’s what it’s all about. 🛩️

Thanks to the KPPO team and all the volunteers who made today happen. [Photos from the day below!]
