🎹 Leave it to the professionals. 😅

Sure, your little one may be very enthusiastic about helping with the piano repair…

…but unless they’ve completed years of training in piano tuning, regulation, repair, and the delicate art of knowing which mysterious screw absolutely should not be touched, we recommend calling a professional. 😂

At Dan Forbes Music LLC, we’ll handle the tools, the tuning, and the troubleshooting—so you can get back to making music instead of wondering what that extra part was supposed to do.

🎹 Piano tuning & repair by professionals.
Because some jobs are better left to the experts.

A Tradition of Music That Lasts a Lifetime

For years, Dan Forbes Music has had the privilege of teaching students who don't just take piano lessons for a season—they stay for years.

As a time-honored music lesson service in Southwest Michigan, Dan Forbes Music is proud to have built lasting relationships with generations of students and families.
Whether you're looking to introduce a child to the piano, continue developing your skills, or return to music as an adult, you're never too young—or too old—to keep learning.

Some trophies are given for “participation”… this one is given for mastery.

While sports achievements often receive substantial recognition during adolescence, accomplishments in music can provide rewards that last a lifetime. Developing musical skills requires years of discipline, perseverance, and dedication, resulting in an ability that can be enjoyed, shared, and continually improved throughout one’s entire life.

Sports are valuable and teach important lessons, but athletic performance is often tied to a relatively brief period of peak physical ability. Music, on the other hand, is not limited by age. Whether performing, teaching, composing, or simply playing for personal enjoyment, musicians can continue to benefit from and contribute through their craft for decades.

A musical achievement is more than a moment of success—it is an investment in a lifelong skill that fosters creativity, personal growth, and fulfillment long after many other adolescent accomplishments have faded.

So maybe it’s time to move over that old bowling trophy to make room for for music in your child’s life!

Contact Dan Forbes Music today to enroll your child (and maybe yourself) into our intellectually enriching music programs.
