Meg with her long-time viola student, Ethan Collins, who played Aaron Samuels in this springs production of Mean Girls, the Musical. He and the entire team at Portage High School did incredible with this show. The Portage High School Theater program keeps getting better and better every year, and the support it gets from our city keeps growing and growing every year too. Having a packed auditorium full of students, their teachers, families, and residents tonight and yesterday night makes me so proud of our city and our students.

The first thespians meeting was today! We had a great time getting to know all of the newbies and welcoming back the members! Also, congratulations to the new Portage High School Theatre officers!

Due to there being another E-Learning day tomorrow, the callbacks will now be on Monday from 3-5. The parent meeting will be right after that, starting at 5:30. The musical kickoff is still on Tuesday! We hope to see all parents at the parent meeting!

Due to there being a snow day tomorrow, there are new dates for the musical. On Friday, callbacks will be held and the parent meeting will be right after that at 5:30. The musical kickoff has been rescheduled for February 8th. We hope to see all parents at the parent meeting and we wish good luck to all of the people that got a callback!
