Senior Spotlight 2026!

Jane is unsure, may take a gap year while auditioning for musicals/plays/films!

Favorite memory: "Getting to sing old songs with my people!"

Quote to share: "We're just ordinary people, we don't know which way to go" - John Legend. This is a lyric from the song, "Ordinary". This my favorite quote because it reminds me to take a breath and relax, and how we are all just humans who are trying.

Advice for underclassmen: “No matter what others say or think, be true to yourself. Everybody has their own path, and sometimes even the most "unconventional" ways! Society always tries to fit you in a box, but I've learned that there's so much in the world, there's no need to be shoved into an expectation. Do what you love, and embrace it!"

Acknowledgement: "I'd like to acknowledge everybody that has believed in me during the rough times. Jacob Burton, to be specific. He has supported me throughout middle and high school, and introduced me to the thing I love most, which is performing! He always encouraged me to do more, even when I thought it was impossible."

Congratulations, Jane! We will miss you next year!
