We hope everyone is safe at home from today’s storm. We will always remember this one as the one that ruined the start of the new school year!
Remember, some good ol paper and pencils don’t need electricity👍🙃
While we know you all are missing PHS and your art rooms so so much, you can swipe over to see what we saw as we peeped into our art room courtyard from our shelter area today. See you all soon, stay Portage Strong❤️

Earlier this year some of our Art students painted rocks for the memorial rock garden at Kyle elementary in honor of senior Aubrey Konchar. Today we wanted to wish all of our seniors a congratulations as you walk across that stage later & remember her bright spirit that would have had the same milestone today. We know Aubrey is here with you all💚stay safe everyone & stay hydrated!🤗

Students from Mrs.Hayes’ Intro to 3d class collaborated with Mrs. Hills’ kindergartners from Crisman on their 3d clay pieces. The kindergarten class provided the monster drawings and the high schoolers brought them to life as a functional clay piece!
Come see these and so much more tonight at the Art Show from 5-7:30 pm in the PHS East Commons area.
