Dear Grad Bash Volunteers,





Our next Grad Bash meeting is Tuesday, Dec. 1, at 7 pm in Conf. Room B (south from the main entrance on the left side of the hall before the music hall intersection) at the High School.

Please come! We will have updates on fund raising, ticket sales, prizes, and more volunteer opportunities. If you know other parents (they do not have to parents of Seniors!) that might enjoy helping with Grad Bash, please invite them to join us. We’d love to have some parents of Juniors work with us since they will be taking over for next year.

You will also see an email blast about this meeting that will go out to all PCHS parents.

Grad Bash will get 20% of the proceeds from Taco Bob and would greatly appreciate students and families enjoying a meal on Nov 17 and supporting Grad Bash.

Just a reminder: Grad Bash will get 20% of the proceeds from Taco Bob and would greatly appreciate students and families enjoying a meal on Nov 10 and supporting Grad Bash.

Taco Bobs in donating 20% of sales on November 7, 2015 to Grad Bash 2016! Please take the time to have lunch or dinner (or BOTH) there on November 7 and support your class of 2016!

The next registration event will be High School Conferences on November 9 and 11. We will be selling Grad Bash registration both nights.

Please inform as many students and parents as possible beforehand. Parents can fill out the form and pay with a check while they are at school

The price is $65 until April 1, 2016.

Our next meeting to continue planning for Grad Bash 2016 will be October 29 at 7:00 pm in the Community Room at PCHS.
