🔎 What is the PWHS Homecoming Tailgate?

Scheduled for October 9, this family-friendly event welcomes the entire Port Washington-Saukville community to the PWHS courtyard for a few hours of fun, food, games, bounce houses and entertainment — in between the Homecoming parade and football game.

Proceeds from the event help fund scholarships for PWHS graduating seniors, teacher appreciation events, classroom grants, and more — and we couldn’t do it without our valued sponsors. Thank you for making a difference in our community!

Are you a PWHS student that's planning to buy a parking pass for next year? Try winning one instead! The Pirate Parent Group is raffling off our parking spot to raise money for our scholarship fund.

Raffle tickets can be purchased tomorrow May 27 in the Lighthouse Room — immediately after dismissal until 5 p.m.

Raffle tickets are $5 each, or you can get 5 tickets for $20. Winners will be announced on Monday.

Just a reminder that completed Grad Grams are due this Friday, May 22 to the PWHS Office. Please make sure to include the student's first AND last name, so your Grad Gram makes it to the right student. Thank you so much!

After our Teacher Appreciation Lunch last week, we have a lot of "thank yous" to give!

🍰 THANK YOU to all who all who sponsored a teacher's lunch, brought a dessert or donated supplies!

🍎 THANK YOU to the incredible teachers and staff at PWHS, who do so much for our students each and every day. We appreciate you more than you know!

Heard of Grad Grams, but not sure what they are? Available for just $1 (cash only), Grad Grams are a great way to congratulate the graduating senior in your life. Here’s how it works:

1. Purchase your blank cards for just $1 each at the PWHS office, Port Washington State Bank, WJ Niederkorn Library, Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly (Saukville location), and Drews True Value.

2. Write in your name and the graduate’s full name, then add a note, decorations, drawings, photos—personalize however you wish! It's all about showing the graduate just how much you care.

3. Return your completed Grad Grams to the PWHS office by May 22.

4. The Pirate Parent Group will then compile each student's Grad Grams into a keepsake book, which will be presented to them at graduation practice on 5/29.
