THIS EXHIBIT IS IN its home stretch! Come visit — or revisit — "Migration," Northwind Art's show at Jeanette Best Gallery, 701 Water St. The exhibit stays on view through Sept. 28; gallery hours are 12 noon to 5 p.m. Thursdays through Mondays.
Art by Kate Flores, Carolyn King, Mary O'Shaughnessy and Loran Scruggs explores the motion of wildlife and humans across our world. These works are in cast glass, mixed media, tin cans and bottle caps, and other materials in two and three dimensions.

ARTISTS! The deadline to apply to SMALL EXPRESSIONS is a week from Friday: Sept. 24. Visit https://northwindart.org for the link to the application to this popular exhibit at Northwind's Jeanette Best Gallery.
Two- and three-dimensional artworks, no bigger than 16" in any direction, are welcome! "Small Expressions" opens in mid-November, and gives the community a chance to give art for the holidays. And! A $250 jurors' choice prize will be awarded!

ARE YOU HUNGRY for art and fun in your life? Visit https://northwindart.org/collections/courses to find Watercolor Painting Level 1, a class that will feed your mind and heart. Suzanne Lamon is your guide — not only an amazing artist, but a downright fun person to hang out with. This course starts Oct. 2 and continues each Friday afternoon for 6 weeks.
