BOOKING ASA classes now!! Text or call!! ATTENTION! Our website is active! After many weeks of trying to figure out what happened to our decades old web site we are starting from scratch! BUT we saved the SonSetMarine.com name so that’s GREAT!!!!! Adding more items as we learn how to navigate this new site! Spring is here! Are you starting to think about warm days by the water?! We offer sailing charters and sailing classes right out of the Port Sanilac Mi Marina! Enjoy a few hours out on the water while one of our captains skillfully guides the boat, try your hand at raising sails and sailing the boat or take an ASA certification class and learn “the ropes” ! We teach everything from basic “what is port what is starboard….. where is the mast?” to advanced off shore voyages. never been sailing before? No problem! We’ve all started where you are now! Asa has Just bought “North U”. And are developing curriculum to add (3) new certificate courses focusing on Sailboat Racing to there list of classes. Sonset Sailing Inc. plans on offering these courses. We are deciding if we will be using our current boats or getting a more racing boat to add to our fleet. I would like to join BCSC again and help out to develop a great racing program again. Who is in-charge of the membership and who is in charge of racing and what is there contact information.

Hey all! Hope you are staying warm! Are you dreaming of warmer weather??? Text us 810-441-9289 to get booked for sailing lessons this summer out of Port Sanilac! Or take a few out Charter with one of our captains! Don’t want to leave dock? We also offer air bnb on our 22’ and 30’ sailboats! The 22’ is like a floating tent. You use facilities just across the parking area. The 30’ has a tv, dvd player, bathroom, microwave etc! Stop freezing and start dealing of getting to port sanilac this season!!
