Today was a special one.
This week marks the end of an incredible chapter as we send one of our own Logan off to begin his journey in the United States Air Force.
Over the past several months, we’ve had the privilege of helping prepare him physically for the demands of military service. From building strength and conditioning to developing resilience and confidence, he’s put in the work every single step of the way.
What makes us proud isn’t just the progress he made in the gym. It’s the commitment, discipline, and character he displayed throughout the process.
As he takes this next step in service to our country, we want to thank him for trusting us to be a small part of his journey.
From everyone at The X House, we wish you nothing but success in Basic Training and beyond. Keep raising the standard, stay hungry, and represent yourself, your family, and your country with pride.

Congratulations to our pickleball athletes on bringing home Gold! 🥇
While the medals are earned on the court, a big part of success happens long before competition day.
At The X House, our goal is simple: help our athletes stay healthy, stay strong, and continue performing at a high level. Whether it’s improving strength, power, mobility, recovery, or injury resilience, we’re focused on giving our athletes the tools they need to continue doing what they love.
One of the greatest things about pickleball is that it allows people to compete, stay active, and challenge themselves at every stage of life. Our job is to help make sure they’re physically prepared for that challenge.
We’re incredibly proud of these two and grateful to be a small part of their journey.

Strength training isn’t just about lifting heavier weights.
It’s about developing the qualities that help you move better, feel better, and perform better in everyday life.
Today’s primary strength block featured:
✅ KB Deadlift
Building lower body strength and reinforcing proper hinge mechanics.
✅ Box Jump to Drop Catch
Developing power, coordination, and the ability to absorb force efficiently.
✅ DB Press with a 2-Second Iso Hold
Improving upper body strength, stability, and control through a full range of motion.
Every exercise has a purpose. Every progression has a reason.
At The X House, we don’t believe in random workouts. We believe in structured programming, quality coaching, and helping our clients build strength they can carry into everyday life.
Strong. Capable. Resilient.
That’s the goal. 💪

Performance isn’t just built under the bar.
At The X House, we believe training and recovery go hand in hand. Strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery all play a role in helping our clients move better, feel better, and perform at their highest level.

PHASE 1: INTRODUCING THE MOVEMENT
One of the biggest mistakes in training is assuming everyone is ready to jump straight into advanced exercises.
At The X House, Phase 1 is where we introduce movement patterns, build awareness, and create confidence.
This phase isn’t about chasing fatigue, max weights, or proving how fit you are. It’s about learning.
It’s where clients are exposed to new exercises, understand proper positions, improve coordination, and develop the foundation needed for long-term success.
Before we can progress a movement, we first have to own it.
Whether it’s a squat, hinge, lunge, rotation, jump, or press, Phase 1 gives us an opportunity to coach, educate, and help clients understand what the movement should feel like.
The better the foundation, the higher the ceiling.
Master the movement first.Then earn the progression.

Today we remember.
Memorial Day is a time to honor and recognize the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice created opportunities and freedoms that we should never take for granted.
Days like today also remind us of the power of community.
At The X House, we’ve always believed that fitness is bigger than training sessions, workouts, and results. It’s about showing up for one another, building relationships, creating an environment where people feel supported, and surrounding yourself with people who make you better.
Looking at this photo is a reminder of how special this community truly is.
