What are you doing this Weekend?
You could be training at Sochin Martial Arts. 🥋
Parents, if your child is already on the mat, this is a great time to try it for yourself.
Our Sunday adult classes are a chance to get moving, learn real self-defense, build strength, and get in better shape over the summer.
Plus, the more you understand what your child is learning, the easier it is to help them practice and support their progress.
Come try a class with us this Sunday.
Your kids are already training.
Maybe it’s your turn too.

Class can't be serious all the time...
This summer, let them do something they’ll actually talk about on the ride home.
Today our 7–14 Jiu Jitsu students played Sumo, pushing each other out of the ring with big pads, big smiles, and even bigger effort.
It’s fun.
It’s active.
It builds strength.
And yes… they’ll probably sleep good later. 😄

The Sochin 75 starts TODAY!
Sochin students, this is your chance to build strong habits one day at a time.
Remember: to complete the challenge, students need to finish every task, every day. If a day is missed, they restart at Day 1 with a new tracker.
Consistency is built by showing up again and again.
Parents, we’d love to see the journey. Share what your student did today to complete their challenge and use:
Let’s go, Sochin family.
Show up. Check the box. Build the habit.

Moving basics in Taekwondo today 🥋
One of the biggest lessons our students learn is the difference between moving fast and moving efficiently.
Fast can be messy.
Efficient means listening, controlling your body, using strong stances, and staying focused from start to finish.
These basics may look simple, but they are building something big: balance, discipline, coordination, and confidence.
Proud of our students for slowing down, paying attention, and learning that strong technique starts with strong focus.
