I stopped testing 6 yrs ago..My dr tests me I'm always in ketosis which is my goal.

Results...more flexible.more muscle💪.lost inches and a few pounds..again missing piece was weight training..keto 7 yrs..walking wasnt enough...weights to increase my bone density, muscle and flexibility! No gym..

Everyone starts a "die it" in January. Start a new lifestyle. This lifestyle has helped me heal..yes you are in ketosis and all my lab came back perfect.
Why spend hundreds and thousands on shots you dont have enough long term info on.
Dr Atkins in 80s started low carb..then keto has helped NOT just a diet it helps heal!
Real food real results. Protein and fat is essential. Carbs are not.

So if you are trying to get into ketosis up you musr your fat intake..Yes!! Cholesterol is a master hormone and this tool helps lower cortisol and balance hormones.
