I am incredibly excited to announce that beginning March 10th I will be teaching a 10 week series of restorative yoga classes called “The Unwind.” They will be taught as part of “The Sequence,” a series developed and taught by two of my most loved and admired yogi friends, and
The Classes will take place every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm over Zoom and the cost is $120 for all 10 weeks (that’s only $12/class!) BONUS, all of the classes will be available as recordings for the duration of the 10 weeks AND if you attend all of them live you’ll get a 10% discount on your next class pack from The Sequence!
I’ll be posting some more info and videos later this week about what to expect from these classes and just how important restorative yoga has been for me! DM me or email [email protected] to sign up!

WHAT IS THE UNWIND?
THE UNWIND is a ten-week class series focused on the principles of restorative yoga. It is a meditative practice using props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters to support the body in positions of comfort and ease. This practice, over time, reminds and ultimately teaches the body how to exist in a restful state.
WHY SIGN-UP FOR THE UNWIND
The goal of The Unwind is to release stress in your mind and body. This release allows for a state of relaxation. Relaxation facilitates emotional wellbeing, mental endurance, optimal digestion, fertility and immune and respiratory health.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE UNWIND?
Using a combination of props – blocks, blankets, and bolsters – and guided meditation, your teacher will progressively cue your body into a state of rest and relaxation.
At first, you may only experience relaxation during the class. However, over time, this discipline familiarizes the body with what it feels like to relax. Ultimately, with practice, your body and mind will have the tools to release stress and relax in your daily life.
WHAT DO I NEED TO ATTEND THE UNWIND
All you need is two yoga blocks (or a few big books), three pillows and two blankets. Using a combination of props your teacher will guide you into a state of rest and relaxation.
