🎶 Ottertones Choir Auditions! 🎶

Calling all 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade singers! The Ottertones, Rivers Edge Elementary's choir, will hold auditions on Tuesday, September 1, from 3:30-5:30 PM in the Music Room.

🎵 Rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays beginning September 15.

📄 Flyers with complete audition and rehearsal details are being sent home with students.

⚠️ Due to limited adult supervision, younger siblings may not attend auditions or rehearsals.

📢 Kindergarten T-Shirt Sale! 👕

We are excited to offer Kindergarten T-shirts for purchase! These shirts will be worn on our upcoming field trips to help keep our students easily identifiable and together as a group.

In addition to being a fun way to show kindergarten pride, all profits from T-shirt sales will help offset the cost of field trips, purchase classroom supplies, and support our End-of-Year celebrations.

📚✨ Mrs. Schroeder’s third graders have been hard at work this week!

Students explored the connection between multiplication and division by using fact families to strengthen their number sense and deepen their understanding of mathematical relationships.

In reading, they sharpened their comprehension skills by using photographs, context clues, and word relationships to match captions with the correct images.

We love seeing our students thinking critically, making connections, and continuing to Elevate their learning every day! 🦦💙

Get ready, Otter families! 🦦🤎

Dine to Donate Night is coming up at Texas Roadhouse Port St. Lucie on Tuesday, August 25, from 4:00-8:00 PM. Present the flyer when dining in or ordering to-go, and 10% of your purchase will be donated back to Rivers Edge Elementary!

In addition to a great meal and Kids Night activities, many of our Rivers Edge staff members will be trading in their school gear for aprons as part of our Tip-A-Teacher event.

Come enjoy a night out with family and friends, support our school, and cheer on your favorite teachers on Tuesday 8/25!
