Place box between carriage and standing platform. Forearms on box. Head is directly over center of box.
Push down into forearms to engage shoulder girdle.

⚠️There are a lot of different WAYS to ACTIVATE the PELVIC FLOOR aka PF but also to damage bladder and weaken PF‼️
⚠️Pay attention to all bones that rim the PF like SITTING BONES, TAIL BONE and P***C BONE with muscles that attached the the 4 Bones
1️⃣Step 1
How to find PF 🔑 in sitting 🪑Position or supine 🛏position
2️⃣Step 2
It's all about between Compass North South East West and the 3 PLANES between your 4 BONES
3️⃣Step 3
4 MUSCLES of the work like a FRAME around your picture to keep our PF BALANCED and HORIZONTAL
1 2 ABD 3 4
⁉️What can go WRONG⁉️
PF is like a hammok between Step 2️⃣ framed of Step 3️⃣
Can be
🅰️too weak
Overweight men or women, men w/prostate people w/chronic constipation
SYMPTOMS: Leaking when coughting, sneezing, laughing or running, incontinence
🅱️too stretched out
women who gave more than two births, , people w/weak core

Moving with on a Sunday morning .❤️💪🏼 Opposition is a key word/feeling in Pilates and one of my favorites! In today’s session of the Advanced Reformer Mentorship we practiced Back Rowing among other exercises. We reached through the toes and the fingers, scooped the abs, and circled the arms. Thank you so much and for the workout and for providing a space to learn with like minded women. 💪🏼🧠

Try this lovely version of Bicycle on Trapeze for hip opening, hamstring stretch and intense core engagement. Side Lying position here requires equal co contraction of TA and Multifidis in order to keep hips stacked throughout.
🚴 Isometric Self Tactile Cue. Press hand into leg and equally press leg into hand. This helps glide scapula into back pockets for greater abdominal and core engagement.
