💙 Starting ABA Can Feel Overwhelming. Our Intake Process Doesn’t Have To.

At Living Soul LLC, we’ve worked hard to create a smooth, supportive, and informative intake experience for our families.

From the moment you contact us, our Intake Team is there to guide you. Our welcome package includes FAQs, what to expect, required paperwork, and answers to many of the questions families have when beginning ABA services.

And we don’t just send paperwork and disappear.

Our Intake Coordinator provides weekly updates and check-ins throughout the process not to overwhelm you, but to remind you:

“We’re here. We see you. And we’re walking through this process with you.” 💙

We understand that paperwork, insurance requirements, authorizations, and assessments can feel like a lot. That’s why our team works together to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Because ultimately, our priority is getting children connected to the services and support they need.

💙 Getting Started With ABA Doesn’t Have to Feel Overwhelming.

At Living Soul LLC, we’ve created a smooth and supportive intake process for families interested in ABA services.

Not sure what ABA is or whether it may be appropriate for your child? We offer new families a FREE 15-minute consultation with one of our BCBAs. Your consultation can be completed virtually or in person, giving you an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about ABA, and better understand the process before getting started.

🌎 We also support families who speak Spanish, Haitian Creole, and other languages, because language should never be a barrier to understanding your child’s services.
