We are on our summer break now. When we get to August, we will not be coming to Ryan Center for Young Children Ministry , because kindergarten is waiting for us, and we are ready!!! Just one week ago, we got together to hug and remember when we were little kids.❤️ And then we had a snack and told our friends "see you later". Just like that, VPK was over! Thank you to Holy Family Catholic Church 's Council of Catholic Women for our beautiful story books!! Thank you Ms. Lisa Bradley and Ms. Jennifer Zobie Mead and our other friends at the Early Learning Coalition of St. Lucie County for all of the cool goodies in our Goodbye Bags! Thank you Fr. Tri Tang Pham , Fr. Joseph, Fr. Tony and Fr. Frank, Deacon Ronald A. Beres, Deacon Fred N. Ellen Bradley , Deacon Martin Sandigo, Ms. Lorraine Walter , Ms. Lorna Beres , Ms. Mary Acevedo, Ms. Kelly Diane Walcheski , Ms. Christine Menchavez , Mr. Bo Stone and Ms. Frannie Stone , and all of our other fans! You helped us so much with your prayers, your love and your many acts of kindness.❤️✝️
We may not remember your names, but we will never forget how you made us feel--special, important, blessed and loved!! ❤️

Our school year is almost over! VPK has just four days left!! May is a really busy month, and recently, we celebrated Field Week! Field week is about learning to be a good sport, learning how to play games with rules, taking turns, and just having fun together. Each day we played two different games together! We got wet throwing water balloons at targets and sponges into buckets!! We stacked cups really fast, played Snowball dodgeball, red light-green light and a lot of other games. We won prizes, too!! We needed a whole week because we like to try things over again and giving everyone a turn!!
This week will be short, and it will go by really fast.😞 On Friday we will say goodbye to our VPK friends, as they move on to kindergarten. We have great memories!!! We will miss them!
More good times to come!!🦋🦋🦋🦋❤️

Ryan Center for Young Children Ministry is full of Grace!!! May is the month for mommies!! Especially Mother Mary!! On Wednesday, we got to crown our beautiful Mary at church, and pray with the CCW!
We thought it was sad that only the altar Mary got a crown. Today we went all over our church grounds to find all the Marys, and to give them a crown. We said prayers at each one! We were surprised to find so many Marys!!
Happy Mother's Day Weekend to all of our Mommies, grandmas and aunties!!!🩷🩷🩷🦋

Mr Joshua Benjamin, we were already proud of you. You are our Superstar Superhero Teacher with a million cool ideas, all the dance moves and the best games ever. And today you walked into your graduation and picked up your Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, first in your class, with honors! You did it all while getting us ready for kindergarten and being St. Joseph for your family. Good job, Mr. Joshua!!! We love you!!!❤️

Tomorrow we go back to school!! 🐇🦋🩷✝️
We had a very busy Lenten season together! It began on Ash Wednesday when we all got our ashes together!
We spent lots of time learning about Jesus, getting to know Him better. We talked about miracles and said prayers with the Knights of Columbus 12159 on Friday mornings before we went to Adoration at Holy Family Catholic Church . We learned more about Jesus from the windows in our church!
Lots of other things happened too! Ms. Yuni had her baby boy, Francesco, we got a new Bishop who will come visit us, we celebrated St. Patrick's Day, and St. Joseph's Day with Father Tri Tang Pham and we even built a fortress!!
Before we went home for Holy Week, we washed each other's feet, just like Jesus did! We learned about being humble and serving others. We had lunch like Jesus on the last school day! Jesus did not eat chicken nuggets or pizza!!
We didn't like hearing that people weren't nice to Jesus. It made us angry and very sad that he got hurt. But we know now that Jesus died for us so that one day we can live with Him in heaven!
On Easter Sunday we got to wake up and celebrate that Jesus came back to life!!❤️✝️
Now we get to go back to school and finish up our school year! We get to learn about Divine Mercy Sunday, and pretty soon, about Pentecost! We are growing and getting ready for the big world of kindergarten!!
See you tomorrow!! We can't wait!!🦋

This morning, VPK friends did something important. Mr. Jose Rohena, who used to take care of our church, passed away and is on his way to Heaven. We went to pray for his soul, so he gets to heaven very, very fast. This is something that Catholic people learn to do. Jesus said that children's prayers are heard by God FIRST, because our guardian angels see God everyday! We know that Mr. Jose is dancing on his way to Heaven!❤️✝️🦋

Here is an update on our Biggest Jesus!! A very long time ago (August), we gave our Biggest Jesus to Mr. Howard so that a church in Honduras could have him. They lost their whole church in a mud slide!!! This month, Mr. Howard went back to the church and our Mr. Carlos went with him( Mr. Carlos takes care of our school and fixes all the things we break) and together they helped to give the church smooth, painted walls, furniture and most importantly, to hang Biggest Jesus up where everyone can see him!!! We are so proud of them for helping! Now the people can have Mass!!!❤️✝️One day, we will be grown up helpers too!!
