🥋 Hygiene Matters on the Mats! 🧼

At Endure Martial Arts, keeping our academy clean isn’t just about appearance—it’s about respect, safety, and taking care of our teammates.

Before stepping onto the mats, please remember:

✅ Wear a clean Gi or rashguard
✅ Wash your gear after every class
✅ Keep nails trimmed and clean
✅ Wash your feet before training
✅ Wear flip-flops off the mats
✅ Use deodorant and maintain good personal hygiene
✅ Bring your own water bottle
✅ Never walk on the mats with shoes

A clean academy helps prevent skin infections, keeps everyone healthy, and creates a better training environment for all students.
Great martial artists show discipline both on and off the mats.

🥋 WHY TAKING CARE OF YOUR GI MATTERS 🥋

Your Gi is more than just a uniform. It represents discipline, respect, hygiene, and the martial arts lifestyle. A clean Gi protects you, your training partners, and helps your uniform last much longer.

At Endure Martial Arts, we believe that taking care of your equipment is part of becoming a true martial artist. 👊🏻

✅ Important Gi Care Tips:

• Wash your Gi after EVERY class
• Never leave your Gi inside your gym bag
• Use cold water to avoid shrinking
• Use mild detergent only
• Do NOT use bleach or fabric softener
• Hang dry — avoid the dryer
• If your Gi starts to smell, add white vinegar to the wash cycle to help remove odor and bacteria naturally

⚠️ Dirty Gis can cause bacteria buildup, skin infections, and bad odors. Respect yourself and your teammates by always coming to class with a clean uniform.

A clean Gi shows discipline, respect, and professionalism on the mats.

We had the honor of hosting Coach Joel Garcia for an amazing Jiu-Jitsu seminar, and it was nothing short of inspiring. From high-level technique to priceless details, Coach Joel shared knowledge that will elevate every student in our academy — from beginners to competitors.

Moments like this remind us why we train, why we stay disciplined, and why we stay connected to our team. Learning directly from a high-level black belt is a gift, and we are truly grateful for his time, energy, and dedication to our students.
