Performance & Recovery

Performance - Studies have shown that horses that receive massage have an increased stride length compared to horses that do not receive massage.
For those who compete in speed events where every second and stride counts, this can be a great advantage for you and your equine partner!

Recovery - It has been shown that for horses that receive a therapeutic modality (including massage and chiropractic) have a decreased pain response compared to horses that receive no therapy. These horses had less than 1% difference over a 7 day whereas horses receiving massage or chiropractic saw an immediate reduction of pain on day 1 (and only increased by day 7).

Having happy and healthy horses is the main goal of all horse owners. Massage can provide valuable benefits to your equine partner. Working with a knowledgeable equine massage therapist can help you to understand your horses specific needs for conditioning, recovery, and everywhere in between!

Cooler Weather is Coming 😍

With the devastation hurricane’s Milton and Helene brought to the Treasure Coast and Florida as a whole it is nice to see a relief in temperatures coming our way.

We all know cooler temperatures mean more time in the saddle, but it can also mean joint soreness, colic and other issues. Equine Massage & Red Light Therapy can be a great aid to have to keep your horse feeling and performing their best!
