Hello Community,
I’m writing this not just as a business owner, but as a special needs mom.
I know what it feels like to fight for services, to sit on waitlists, and to hear “there’s nothing available.” And lately, what I’m seeing in our community is something that is breaking my heart even more.
Families are losing services.
Families can’t find childcare.
Parents want to work, need to work in this economy, but can’t find care for their child that is safe, supportive, and truly understanding of their needs.
I see parents forced to choose between their job and their child.
I see children going without the support they deserve.
And I know what that feels like.
That’s why Tiny Notes exists.
We didn’t start this just to run a program. We started this because we wanted to be part of the solution. We wanted to create a place where all children belong, from high needs to low needs. A place rooted in inclusion, music, movement, and art, where every child is seen, supported, and given the opportunity to grow.
Right now, we are at capacity.
We are turning families away, not because we want to, but because we simply don’t have the space.
Our vision is bigger than where we are today.
We want to expand into a larger space so we can add
Speech therapy
Physical therapy
Daycare and preschool options for working families
We want to create a true inclusive space for this community, one that fills the gaps families are facing right now.
But the reality is, we are a small team trying to carry something really big.
With Medicaid rates being so low, growth like this is incredibly hard. We have had a contractor look at what it would take to build out a new space, and the cost is overwhelming, but the need is so real.
So I’m asking for help.
We need our community to come alongside us.
We are looking for
Local business sponsorships
Support through our fundraising efforts, we have some happening now
Community support, people willing to share, support, and believe in this mission
This is not just about expanding a business.
This is about creating something our community desperately needs.
This is about making sure families are not left without options.
I want to be the change. I want to help.
But I cannot do this alone.
