Come hear what’s happening with PTA, learn about upcoming plans, and find out how you can get involved.

🎃 October 23, 6–8 PM — Harvest Fest
Get ready for an evening of fun, community, and fall festivities! 🍁👻

📚 October 23–29 — Book Fair
A great opportunity for our students and families to discover some new favorite books! 📖❤️

👋 Meet Your Hidden Creek PTA Board! 💙

We’re a month into the school year, so we thought it was finally time to properly introduce the people helping make this year happen!

You may have already seen us around school, at events, or behind the scenes. Now you can put a face to the names! 😊

We asked each board member to share a couple of fun facts— their favorite ice cream flavor and favorite outdoor activity — so you can get to know us beyond our PTA roles.

We’re excited to work together to support our students, teachers, staff, and families throughout the school year!

Hidden Creek families, we have officially wrapped up our fundraiser—and what a finish! 💙

Thanks to the incredible support from our students, staff, families, friends, and community, we not only reached our fundraising goal… we went beyond it! 🙌🎉

Every order, share, purchase, and word of encouragement helped make this possible. We’re so grateful to everyone who participated and helped make this fundraiser such a success.

Where Does PTA Fundraising Go? 💰➡️💙

It's a question worth asking!

When our PTA raises money, those funds are used to support our students and school community through things like:

📚 Educational and enrichment activities
🎉 School and family events
🎨 Special projects and resources
❤️ Teacher and staff support
🏫 School programs and experiences
🤝 Opportunities that bring our community together

Our goal isn't simply to raise money—it's to turn community support into meaningful experiences and resources for our students.

We'll be sharing examples throughout the school year so you can see exactly how your support makes a difference.

Our Fundraiser Is Coming! 🎉

One of the ways our PTA supports our school throughout the year is through fundraising—and we're excited to kick off our first fundraiser!

Funds raised through PTA activities help make events, activities, programs, resources, and special experiences possible for our students and school community.

📅 Fundraiser: Cherrydale Hidden Creek Elementary
📅 Dates: Sep 8 - 22.
🔗 How to participate:
1. Check your child's folder tonight for the registration packet.
2. Sign up tonight so that your child gets a free collectible tomorrow.
3. Share with 10 contacts so that your kid gets a special prize bag.
4. Motivate your child to sell items either online or through coupons.
5. Send filled out coupons back to school with your kid.

Whether you participate, share the fundraiser with friends and family, or simply help spread the word, every bit of support helps. 💙

We'll be sharing more information and updates throughout the fundraiser, so stay tuned!

What does PTA actually do?

In case you weren't able to attend back to school event or missed our table last night, here's some more info on what we do.

We put our hearts into building a community that supports both school families and staff. We listen to both sides and create a space where everyone's ideas are heard and discussed, every volunteer is greatly appreciated and every supporter is priceless.

This year we dropped an opportunity to save a bit for those that join us early. The discounyed price is active till Sep 1st, 2026.
