Stress leaves patterns.
Trauma can leave imprints.
Life experiences can shape the way we hold ourselves, move, protect, and respond.
The body holds.
The body adapts.
The body remembers.
And sometimes, we don’t need to force the body to change.
We need to create enough space and safety to listen.

Spinal Energetics is one of the ways I help create that space.
And as I step into this next chapter as Tiffanie — The Remembering Medicine Woman, I’m feeling more excited than ever about what is unfolding in my work.
I’m no longer interested in placing myself inside a single modality or label.
I am a practitioner of Spinal Energetics, Shamanic Reiki, intuitive guidance, herbal medicine, soul & spirit work, sacred feminine work, and so much more.
I am learning to let all of these pieces exist together—while honoring the modalities I’ve been taught, the teachers who have guided me, and my own sovereignty and medicine.

Because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Your body isn’t a protocol.
Your healing isn’t supposed to look exactly like someone else’s.
Your body has its own language.
And if something inside you is whispering, “It’s time to start listening…”—whether you’re a woman or a man—I would be honored to hold space for you as you explore what your own body, nervous system, and inner wisdom are asking for.

My final in-person opening before Tulum:
ONE SPOT — Wednesday, September 30
I’ll be heading to Tulum for my Level 2 Spinal Energetics training, and I won’t have another in-person opening until October 14.

If you’ve been feeling the call, this may be your invitation to listen.

I created a full moon ritual for today, Saturday 9/26 relating to recent spiritual experiences. I was called to share this with the collective. Take what resonates, leave what doesn't. Use your discernment to modify what does not fit for you.

FULL MOON RITUAL — I TRUST WHAT I KNOW

One candle
A bowl or cup of water
One meaningful stone/crystal
A piece of paper and pen
Something from nature — leaf, flower, feather, branch, etc.
A drum, bell, or sound you love
This Full Moon feels like a threshold.

I feel called to claim what I already know.

1. GROUND

Light a candle. Place one hand on your heart and one on your sacrum.

Take a few slow, natural breaths.

Say:

“I am here.
I am safe enough in this moment.
I am in my body.
I belong to myself.”

2. RELEASE

Write down 3 things that no longer get to have authority over you.

Maybe it's fear, needing approval, an old identity, self-doubt, or the need to belong at the expense of yourself.

Say:

“I thank you for what you once protected.
You do not need to protect me this way anymore.
I release your authority over my life.”

Tear up the paper.

3. STAND

Stand with your feet grounded.

Say:

“I do not need to prove who I am.
I do not need permission to become who I am becoming.
I can remain humble and still trust myself.
I can continue learning without abandoning my knowing.
I stand in my own authority.”

4. LISTEN

Hold a meaningful stone.

Invite only what feels aligned with love, truth, wisdom, safety, and your highest good.

You may call upon the benevolent ancestors, guides, Jeshua, Miriam Magdalene, Sophia Christ Consciousness, dragons, fairies, or whatever spiritual allies are meaningful to you.

Then ask:

“What does my soul already know about the woman I am becoming?”

Sit quietly for 3–5 minutes.

Don't force a message.

Notice what comes — or simply notice the stillness.

5. CLAIM

Place your hand over your heart and say:

“I am willing to build the life my future self already sees.
I allow my gifts to become useful.
I allow my work to become sustainable.
I allow myself to be supported as I support others.”

6. COMPLETE

Place your fingers into a bowl of water.

Say:

“I bless what has been.
I release what is complete.
I carry forward the wisdom.
I leave behind the limitation.
I do not need to know every step.
I only need to take the next true one.”

Touch the water to your heart, throat, and sacrum.

CLOSE

Write one sentence:

“The woman I am becoming is…”

Then:

“This season, I commit to…”

One sentence. That's enough.

Close your candle and let the ritual be complete.

No more cards.
No searching for another message.
No trying to force an experience.

Eat something nourishing. Drink water. Take a Full Moon Bath. Rest.

Let your body have the final word.

My Full Moon affirmation:

I don't need to become someone else to access my gifts.
I am learning to trust, embody, discern, and responsibly steward what is already within me.
I am grounded.
I am sovereign.
I am becoming.
And I am ready for the next step. 🤍

Healing doesn’t have to happen in a specific room to be meaningful.

In fact, for some nervous systems, feeling safe, supported, and comfortable in your own space may be exactly what allows you to soften enough to receive the work.

Whether we work virtually or in person, my approach is rooted in creating safety within the nervous system — creating space to explore the patterns, emotions, protective responses, and experiences your body may still be carrying.

And I understand that if you’re experiencing nervous system dysfunction or simply don’t feel safe in your body, you may question modalities like Spinal Energetics or Shamanic Healing.

You should.

Your discernment matters.

That’s why I offer a **FREE 30-minute discovery call**. It’s not a sales pitch. It’s a space for you to ask questions, feel into the connection, learn about my approach, and decide for yourself whether working together feels like the right next step on your journey.

You don’t have to be convinced.

You get to listen inward.

✨ Are you ready to explore your body’s innate capacity for healing, safety, and regulation?

AUTUMN EQUINOX • A CELTIC SHAMANIC CEREMONY

Tonight, as the wheel turns and light and dark meet in balance, I invite you to step outside and create a simple ceremony of completion, harvest, remembrance, and becoming.

You don't need anything elaborate. A candle, a piece of bread or food, a bowl of water, a stone, and your journal are enough.

1. ARRIVE AT THE TURNING OF THE WHEEL

Go outside at sunset. Sit near water or beside a tree. Place your bare feet or hands on Mother Earth.

Take a few breaths and say:

“I arrive at the turning of the wheel.
I honor what has been.
I welcome what is becoming.
May I walk between what I was and what I am becoming with an open heart.”

2. WHAT AM I FINISHED CARRYING?

Light your candle.

Ask yourself:

“What am I finished carrying?”

Not what you want to release.

What are you genuinely done carrying?

Write 3–5 things in your journal or on a piece of paper.

When you're ready, safely burn the paper in your candle flame and allow the completion to be witnessed.

3. HONOR THE HARVEST

Autumn isn't only about letting go.

It is about harvest.

Place a food offering before you and ask:

What have I harvested this year?

• What wisdom did I earn?
• What part of myself returned?
• What did I finally stop pretending about?
• What gifts became clearer?

Take your bread or food offering and say:

“I give thanks for the harvest of my life.
For what grew,
for what withered,
for what I lost,
for what returned,
for all that made me who I am becoming.”

Then eat your food slowly and consciously.

4. REMEMBER WHAT YOUR SOUL KNOWS

Hold your chosen stone in your hands.

Ask:

“What does my soul already remember that my mind has forgotten?”

Don't answer with the logical brain.

Wait.

Listen.

The answer might arrive as a word, image, sensation, memory, feeling—or even an animal that suddenly appears nearby.

Then say:

“I trust the wisdom that lives beneath the noise.
I trust what my body knows.
I trust what my spirit remembers.
I return to myself.”

5. CROSS THE THRESHOLD

Place your fingers gently into a bowl of water.

Imagine the water as a threshold between what has been and what is becoming.

Close your eyes and simply ask:

“If there is wisdom available to me tonight, let it come in the way I am ready to receive it.”

Then become still.

Don't search.

Don't force.

Simply meet whatever comes forward.

6. WHAT STAYS • WHAT GOES

Before closing your ceremony, create two columns in your journal:

I CARRY FORWARD | I LEAVE BEHIND

This isn't about manifesting.

It is about recognizing what is true.

When you're finished, place your hand over the first column:

“I nourish what is true.”

Place your hand over the second:

“I release what is complete.”

CLOSE THE CEREMONY

Turn toward the setting sun and say:

“The light and dark are equal.
I honor both within myself.
I release what has completed its purpose.
I gather the wisdom of what remains.
I walk willingly into the next season.

May I remember who I am.
May I listen deeply.
May I walk my path with courage, humility, and heart.
And may I be of service where I am truly called.”

Blow out your candle.

Then sit quietly in the darkness for a few minutes.

Don't rush back inside.

Don't reach for your phone.

Let the ritual land.

The equinox reminds us that we don't have to become someone entirely new.

Sometimes we simply need to shed what is complete, gather what we have learned, and remember what was already within us.

Blessed Autumn Equinox.
May this next turning of the wheel bring you deeper into remembrance. 🤍

There is something sacred about this turning of the wheel.

Autumn doesn’t ask the trees to cling to what is no longer meant to stay. They simply let go.
And that is the invitation for us, too.

As we move into a season of deeper inwardness, I invite you to pause and ask yourself the questions above.

So much of my work is ultimately about guiding women home.
Home to their bodies.
Home to their intuition.
Home to the parts of themselves they were taught to silence.
Home to their own knowing.

Sometimes that doorway opens through intuitive guidance or connecting with your spirit team.
Sometimes through shamanic work, trapped emotion release, or Spinal Energetics.
And sometimes, as I am now discovering, there is sacred work in helping someone navigate the transition out of this physical life through end-of-life energy work.

Different doorways.
The same deeper invitation:
Remember yourself.

This equinox, may you give yourself permission to release what is complete, listen more deeply to what is calling you forward, and trust that coming home to yourself doesn’t require becoming someone new.

Maybe it simply requires remembering. 🍂🤎

There are moments in this work that change you.

Recently, I had the profound honor of supporting two clients through the end-of-life journey using energy medicine and shamanic healing tools.

Those experiences opened something in me that I can’t quite put into words—and illuminated a path I’ve been feeling called toward for some time.

I am beginning to explore training in end-of-life/death doula work, with the intention of supporting individuals and families through the natural dying process, alongside hospice and established medical care.

This isn’t about medication assistance or facilitating death.
It’s about presence, spiritual and emotional support, energy work, compassionate witnessing, and helping people feel held as they navigate the transition from this life.

I want to pursue this work responsibly, with hospice experience and respect for the incredible professionals already doing this work.
If you are an end-of-life doula, hospice worker, chaplain, death-care practitioner, or have connections to reputable training programs in Kitsap County or the greater Puget Sound area, I would be grateful for your recommendations.

The women who find their way to me often have tried everything.

They’ve been told their labs are “normal.”

They’ve been told there’s nothing wrong.

Yet deep down, they know something still isn’t right.

And somewhere within them is the knowing that their body has an innate capacity to heal, regulate, and come back into balance.

If you feel like you’ve tried everything, but your body still feels stuck, maybe it’s time to listen differently.

Your body may not need more forcing.
It may need space to be heard.
✨ I have 2 virtual Spinal Energetics spots remaining this coming week.
✨ And 1 in-person spot Wednesday for any 90-minute-or-less Energy Medicine modality.

If your body is asking for something different, listen to it. 🤍
