Hello I havn't given up on getting the scholarship going. This summer I plan on looking for help in getting it started. If your interested in being a volunteer with the scholarship please
inquire. I was telling my wife Ann about the newer hospital in Silverdale Wa. Near where we live. I think any nurse from the Philippines would feel at home here in Washington. (other than
the weather, lol)

In the study, the state rated highly because of its mandatory overtime restrictions, quality nursing schools and projected job competition.

Please be a part of our nursing shortage by supporting our nurse scholarship.

Please be a part of our nursing shortage by supporting our nurse scholarship.

The Philippines' labour minister said on Wednesday he will ask for government approval to allow 5,000 more healthcare workers to be deployed abroad, double the annual cap in a country that is one of the world's biggest sources of nurses.

Hello This past week we made our first deposit into our newly created credit union account. Three donations totally $320. Thank you very much. The nursing school in Dumugete, Philippines cost $1,000 per semester.

Hello and a warm welcome to a very important scholarship. This past summer we lost two retired nurses. My Mom died of age related health problems. Her best friend Aggie also died this summer of (old) age. The old is in parenthesis because even though
Aggie was in her 90's she was never old. They met in the early 1970's at a hospital in Bremerton. Aggie was my Mom's supervisor. From then on they and our families were friends. I miss them alot.
Both Darlene and Aggie were involved in their communities and churches. In 2018 I married a nurse from the Philippines. Early in our marriage we had talked about a nurse scholarship. We were thinking of ten years or more before we started it. But this past sad summer we saw it as a sign that we needed to start our scholarship.
We invite you to volunteer in whatever way you can to make this successful.
