"A Princess of Mars" at Spruce Creek High School

"A Princess of Mars" at Spruce Creek High School Spruce Creek Drama's March 2011 production, and adaptation of the classic novel by Edgar Rice Burrou The production we are planning is very ambitious.

This play will tell the story of the hero John Carter from Earth and his adventures on Mars. It will contain swashbuckling action, romance, alien civilizations, and fantastic creatures. It will require a large cast and crew, an immense effort in the area of costuming, the choreography of battles and puppetry, and more. We hope you will support our vision and enjoy our chronicle here of how the production is proceeding.

The show is open! Opening night went well--a good crowd and a successful and well-received performance. Two shows to go, so hopefully we can repeat the success of opening night!
