Hope High School is a non-traditional campus where students complete all graduation requirements through an individualized plan resulting in a traditional diploma. Hope High School is accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year. The number of openings is very limited. Applicants will be notified by August 5th if they have been accepted or if they are on the waitlist.

Students can apply online at https://www.calcoisd.org/hhs or stop by the Hope office for an application.

Graduation practice--Thursday, May 21 at 1:00 pm at the CHS Auditorium

Graduation--Thursday, May 21 at 8:00 pm at the CHS Auditorium
Graduates arrive at 7:15 pm to line up
Doors open at 7:15 pm

Graduation Week Reminders

Wednesday, May 20, 2026, 11:30 am–Hope Graduation Celebration (lunch, prizes, and games)

Thursday, May 21, 2026:

9:00 am–Hope Graduation Practice at Sandcrab Stadium

7:15 pm–Arrive at Sandcrab Stadium to line up for graduation!

8:00 pm–Graduation ceremony will begin
Clear bag policy will be enforced
No outside food or drinks. Water will be sold inside the stadium
Balloons, flowers, or large posters/items that obstruct the view of the field are not allowed
Air horns, bullhorns, megaphones, or other noise makers are not allowed
Confetti poppers and all similar products are prohibited

Graduation Dress Code:
Guys–Slacks, button down shirt, tie, nice shoes/boots
Girls–Dress or slacks, wedges, flats, no stilettos
**No jeans, tennis shoes, or work boots
**No decorated caps

Weather plan:
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place at the CHS Auditorium. We will post on Facebook and call students if the location changes. The times and rules from the stadium will remain the same.
