John & Dolores Swenning Memorial & Scholarship Page For all of you that knew and loved my father! Please post memories and pictures.He is gone for 30 years, his love, humor and kindness will live on.

This scholarship is given in memory of our parents, John & Dolores Swenning. John & Dolores Swenning were both selfless and giving people their entire lives. In both their spirits, we give back to the community that has given so much to us. Money raised in given out to graduating seniors of Comsewogue High School.

We are raffling off this beautiful Christmas wreath. All proceeds will go directly to the scholarship. Raffles are $10 each or 3 for $20. You can purchase your tickets via Venmo (Jennifer-Swenning) or in person with one of the Swenning siblings. 100% of the money raised will go directly to the scholarship. Each year we award graduating seniors from Comsewogue with scholarships in memory of our parents.
A very big thank you to Marie Aghabekian of Rie-Rie’s wreaths for the generous donation of the beautiful wreath.
Drawing for the wreath will be on Sunday, December 6th.

If you are up for a great and fun night out please consider joining us on April 18th. Grab some family , friends or just a team mate. Moonlight bowls are for couples and or 2 person teams. We start with registration , food and soft drinks. Then we do some FUN bowling , the couples/teams are instructed by announcer to perform silly acts of bowling. Then we bowl a few games of scotch doubles which is one person on the team bowls the first ball and the teammate throws the second. The bowling , shoe rental , food and soft drinks are included with registration.There is also 50/50 raffles and Chinese auction if you wish to buy tickets. No bowling skills needed , just come have some fun. Please contact Neil or myself to register so we can keep groups together on the lanes.
