Classic Educational Services Corp. We offer the New York State Boaters Safety 8 hour classes held in a one day or two evening sessions. We also conducted NYS Defensive Driving 6 hour class.

As per the new Navigation Law - anyone operating a personal watercraft (Jet Ski, Sea Doo, etc.) on the waters of New York State and any youthful operator ages 10 – 18 (inclusive) operating a motorboat without adult supervision on board must hold a boating safety certificate issued by State Parks for having completed a an 8-hour classroom based course of instruction. Online courses are not accepted under state law for these types of operation. Many insurance companies offer up to a 10% discount on boat or Jet Ski insurance with proof of taking this course. Drivers who successfully complete a Defensive Driving course, either online, or in the classroom are eligible to save 10% on their liability, personal injury protection, and collision insurance premiums for three years.
