Visit your favorite Discovery City Children's Museum staff at the fair this week! You can find us in the Kid Zone today, July 22, through Saturday, July 25, from 10 a.m.–6 p.m.

Stop by to enjoy some familiar Discovery City activities and a little fair-themed fun! We can’t wait to see you there! 🐄🐷🌽

We are sad to leave our location on Grand River Ave, but we are excited to be moving into a new location at 310 Huron Ave with the help of the Community Foundation of St. Clair County!

Currently, the Museum is temporarily closed as we move all exhibits to the new location and update the facility to support the Museum's needs. We are expecting to reopen this fall or upcoming winter.

Tomorrow, July 9, is the LAST DAY to discover and play at our facility on 317 Grand River Ave. Bring your tots from 1•6 p.m. to explore one last time at the Tot Spot in Discovery City Children's Museum before we relocate!

Visitors can expect to see the Tot Spot at our new location on 310 Huron Ave. when we reopen in the fall of '26 or winter of '27.

Our Discovery Camps are drop-off only events where participants will enjoy crafts, science experiments, games, and snacks.

Discovery City will be CLOSED July 3 and 4 to celebrate Independence Day!🎉

We'll reopen on Sunday, July 5, with playtime beginning at 11am for members and 12pm for general admission.

As many of you know, Discovery City's current location was only temporary until we found our forever home, and we are moving a little earlier than expected. July 9 will be our last day open at our current location on 317 Grand River Ave.

In the meantime, we are preparing, designing, and planning for our new space on 310 Huron Ave. We are looking forward to the future, and we are excited to continue this new adventure in downtown Port Huron.

At this time, we do not have an opening date for the new location, but we’ll have updates coming soon. Please follow the Museum’s social media accounts for future Museum announcements.

Museum memberships and sponsorships will be extended. Those who have rented the facility or signed up for any programs with the Museum will be contacted.
