So many changes..in the world v essential oils...
Just keep in mind...get pure oils...u can use inside and out...like making r own capsules..inhaling..using a Defusser...typically putting on r skin
doTERRA Oils fits this and then some

If r v problems breathing cause v the rain..try some Breathe/ peppermint...a LITTLE under r noses will go all way. Breathing is a good thing

Hi Everyone,
Sure r enjoying r Summer.
Remember put a spray bottle at each door...peppermint, terra shield, vodka ( opional), water.
For the (BUGS) v all kinds
Lavender for bites, burns ...put around the blisters( if u v)...the ( multity purpose) oil.

Just remember...every oil has some sort v benefit...
Check out each and every benefit...just remember...u can use every single oil and NEVER....NEVER over use any one...u p*e ..yes p*e all out v r system...😄
