A rustic walnut bowl...
This would make a great key bowl or even good for fruit. I don't typically want to eat out of a live edge bowl. It just doesn't seem like a very clean process 😅

We made it back from the Smokies and already I regret complaining about the heat down there... what the heck 😅
We managed to pick up some nice spaghetti oak slabs. Theses will be blanked out and prepped for turning as soon as I get some other things sorted. I can't wait to see what's waiting in this stuff!
More on that to come...
and of course, we saw alot of bears too

A couple more black walnut bowls fresh off the lathe.
Once these are dry they'll have the final touch-ups and finish completed and be ready for delivery to either our November open house... or even sooner at The Tattered Tinman!
Thanks for checking them out and remember, all proceeds go directly to the "buy Doug more tools he probably dosen't need" fund. Every little bit helps 😁

The video is a bit choppy, I edited it down the best I could. (Don't bust my chops. I am old 😆)
