Congratulations to the 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Bands on nice performances at their Spring Concert last night. :) Thank you to all my helpers from last night. I can't do this without you. Thank you to Mr. Kramer for coming and supporting us and the many teachers who were in our audience, cheering on our kids.
Today we relax! Concert reflections and treats for all.

Can You Help Tonight?
Good morning
I am very short on supervision help for both 6th and 8th Grade Bands. If you are available to supervise tonight, that would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know. You would be with the band in their check-in space (6th Auxiliary Gym, 8th Choir Room) and take them on and off the stage, to and from their spaces.

Spring Concert (6th, 7th, 8th): Monday May 11, 2026, 7PM at PHHS Performing Arts Center (Graded)
Students in uniform: black pants, black shoes, black socks, white shirt.
Students arrive by 6:15 PM to their warm up/holding areas:
6th: Auxiliary Gym
7th: Band Room
8th: Choir Room
PARENT/GUARDIAN HELP needed (in all grades) to supervise, so the evening goes smoothly. Please email: [email protected] or message me on our band page.
Following the performance, ALL students are to put all their things away and help re-rack chairs and stands before exiting the building.
Tuesday, May 12: No instruments. Students will do a concert reflection assignment and enjoy treats for a great performance.

We are still sorting, but will welcome folks coming to get. If during school hours, please FIRST go to the office. They'll call and let me know to meet you at the softball door.

Important Reminder:
This Thursday (April 30), our Little Caesar's pizza kits are being delivered and they ALL must be picked up BY 5:15 PM. It is frozen product and cannot stay in my band room.
Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your orders.
Orders will arrive about 1PM, but please wait for an email and a post like this stating that they're ready for pick up.
Thank you again for supporting our band by helping with the fundraiser.

Asking for assistance from 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Parents/Guardians for our Concert on Monday, May 11. I need lots of folks to help supervise/move kids to the stage and back. You won't miss your child's performance.
