We spent some time cleaning in this space today. It’s all cleared out except the bar and some cleaning stuff. Bitter sweet for sure; a mental drain. There’s so many good memories there tho! And all we’ve learned, the good and the not so good, will help us make our next club that much better!!!

We can’t thank everyone enough for supporting our small business over the past 4yrs!! Without our customers, small businesses can’t stay open. So even though Safe Haven Nutrition is now closed, we are still here for all of YOU now in Ticonderoga! Our name is just different as well as our space, but what we have to offer will only be better!! We will announce soon our soft opening date!!

Tomorrow is our last day so let’s make it a good one!!

This tea, The Holiday Berry, is so amazing!!! A nice blend of sweet and tart with pomegranate berry, raspberry, cranberry aloe and blue razz.

And for a featured shake?? All the shakes left on the shake wall!! While quantities last… Almond joy, banana bread, brownie batter, candy cane, cookie dough, champ pie, chunky monkey, coconut cream pie, chai latte, chocolate peanut butter cup, just chocolate, dark chocolate coconut, egg nog, mocha madness, strawberry banana, strawberry cheesecake, taste of haven, safe haven and the Viking. Many we only have one of, so come get your favorite and save!!

Happy New Year’s Eve!!

We will be OPEN tomorrow, New Year’s Day 7:30-3:30. And in case you have a bit too much fun tonight, we have our Recovery tea to rescue you!

Recovery tea- lemon niteworks for some heart energy, hydrating H3o, mango aloe for tummy health, lemon tea for energy and watermelon for extra flavor. It’s absolutely delicious and will be great for whatever ails you!

Snickerz shake is our featured shake tomorrow… chocolate and creamy deliciousness.
