✨ ✨ ✨ NEW CLASS - Aerial Clinic (ages 13+ or by permission) - Mondays at 5:30pm - w/ Coach Sadie ✨✨ ✨
This class is an open level, open apparatus class designed for students who have clear goals and can be somewhat self directed in their training.
The class will have a teacher led 15min warm-up and then we will move onto a private lesson/open training style class. Each student will be given personalized instruction based on their goals for the day and then will practice what they are working on as the other students are being coached.
Goals can be as simple as "have a strong straddle up from a climb" to "develop a whole new act".
Students must come prepared with their goals at the start of class.
