Our October Pizza of the Month, the Hatch Bacon Popper, has quickly become a fan favorite! Hatch chiles and bacon were already a good combo. Putting them on pizza feels almost unfair.

October’s a short month for us! We’ll be closed the last week, so you’re running out of time to see what all the fuss is about.

Come get one. Or two. We don’t judge.

Throwback Tuesday! Today is officially three years since our very first Rollin’ Fire pop-up. There have been plenty of ups and downs along the way, but I’m really proud of what we’ve accomplished.

We’ve learned a lot, made thousands of pizzas, and met a whole lot of great people. Somehow this little pizza pop-up turned into something much bigger than I ever expected.

Thanks for eating our pizza for the last three years! ❤️
