The Goodwill Semi is rolling into the Port Clinton High School parking lot from August 31 to September 3 for the Goodwill Collection Challenge kickoff. The school that collects the most total weight in donations wins, so every single box and bag counts!

📍 Location: Port Clinton High School

⏰ Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily (Aug 31 – Sept 3)

What You Can Donate:

Apparel: Clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories

Home & Leisure: Housewares, small furniture, books, toys, and sporting equipment

Tech & Electronics: Computers, electronics, and small working appliances

Spend a little time decluttering over the long weekend, drop off your items, and let’s stack up the weight for PCHS! Everything collected stays at our local Goodwill stores to continue to help our community!

Curious what keeps our islands running? 🌊 PCHS Career Coach Mr. Miller didn’t waste any time introducing students to real-world careers — on a field trip to Miller Boat Line! Students learned about mechanics, captain licensing, deckhands, dock support, marketing/advertising, logistics, and customer service roles. MBL transports the goods and materials that keep Rattlesnake, South Bass, North Bass, and Middle Bass Islands functional and welcoming to millions of visitors each year. Plus — beautiful weather = perfect boat ride! ☀️ Huge thanks to Miller Boat Line for the hands-on learning.
