September’s first ReCreate Art theme is here: Upcycled Marine Art!

During the three-week project, students will:

🪸 Explore stingray anatomy, shape, and movement
✏️ Plan and develop their designs
📐 Measure, cut, layer, and engineer a dimensional cardboard structure
🧩 Problem-solve while assembling and reinforcing their sculptures
🎨 Experiment with texture, color, patterns, painting, and finishing details

This is a true STEAM experience that combines art, design, engineering, math, and environmental awareness as students transform recycled cardboard into a one-of-a-kind marine sculpture!

Ages 6–10: Mondays, September 14, 21 & 28 • 1–3 PM
Ages 11 & up: Thursdays, September 10, 17 & 24 • 10 AM–12 PM

Designed for aspiring chefs ages 8+, this 32-week program combines culinary instruction with meaningful hands-on experience. Students will develop professional kitchen skills, explore global cuisine, practice plating and menu planning, and learn the fundamentals of restaurant service.

The year concludes with an unforgettable Savor 100x35 takeover, where students will help run the restaurant and present a full dinner service for their families!

Today our Tiny Chefs took their taste buds on a trip across Europe! 🌍

Our young chefs prepared Italian caprese salad, Spanish patatas bravas and tortilla española, Swedish meatballs, and English berry Eton mess. They chopped, seasoned, mixed, rolled, whisked, and plated their way through the menu, with every dressing, gravy, and sauce made completely from scratch!

So much learning, teamwork, and delicious food packed into one class! 🇮🇹🇪🇸🇸🇪🇬🇧

A: A hands-on drop-in cooking class for young chefs ready to develop more advanced kitchen skills. Young cooks prepare delicious, age-appropriate recipes while practicing essential cooking techniques, kitchen organization, food preparation, and confidence in the kitchen.

A: A hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math class built around engaging challenges. Students learn by building, testing, experimenting, designing, and solving problems; not by sitting through a lecture.

• Ages 11 and up: Mondays from 2–4 PM
• Ages 6–10: Wednesdays from 2–4 PM

Q: How much is it?

A: $60 per class.

Q: Is it a series?

A: No. STEM Lab is drop-in, and each class is designed as a standalone experience.

A: A five-week entrepreneurship series that introduces students to the world of business. Students learn how an idea can become a real business. They explore branding, marketing, budgeting, customer service, creative problem-solving, and other practical skills through age-appropriate, hands-on activities.

A: Wednesdays:
• Ages 6–10: 10 AM–12 PM
