Some of you may or may not know that Lisa and I work with the restaurant throughout the State Of Florida , it doesn’t matter what part of the restaurant industry I work with , Food and operating cost are through the roof, profit margins are shrinking! four or five years ago a well run restaurant can make anywhere between 11 and 18% profit year over year however that has shrunk due to inflation due to our wonderfully well run federal government ( not corporate price gouging like some politicians want you to believe) and profit margins are now are anywhere between 7 & 11% for a well run operation cost are cost Crazy everywhere because our federal government spends way too much money and bu****it. So when you go to uncle Louie G’s, Los Mariachi’s, Plaza Mexico, Ponk Tequila, Twisted Fork or Millers Marina on Boca, please stop whining and complaining about the cost of dining out or getting some Italian ice because that ultimately falls on us the American voters!

Molly hatchet was at twisted fork tonight, and I made the last song which was my favorite and I must say they sounded great. The staff at Twisted Fork kicked ass and they had a record night. It’s a tough job they have dealing with idiots. Congratulations to the staff of the twisted fork , most of them worked all day… I respect and love all these hard working folks!!!!
