💛 A Little Solar Plexus Reminder

The Solar Plexus Chakra is often connected with confidence, personal power, self-worth, and trusting yourself.

And sometimes personal power doesn’t look like being bold or having everything figured out.

Sometimes it looks like…

✨ Saying no without feeling like you have to explain yourself.
✨ Trusting the little voice that says, “This doesn’t feel right for me.”
✨ Making a decision based on what you need—not what everyone else expects.
✨ Giving yourself permission to take up space.
✨ Choosing where your energy goes.

🌻 Try this today:

Place your hand over the area just above your belly button.

Take a slow breath in…and an even slower breath out.

Then ask yourself:

“Where am I giving away my power when I already know what I need?”

You don't have to change everything today.

Just notice. 💛

Affirmation:
✨ I trust myself. I honor my needs. I am allowed to choose what feels right for me.

☀️🌿 WHAT DOES YOUR MORNING ROUTINE LOOK LIKE? 🌿☀️

Before the emails, the errands, the work, and everything everyone needs from you…
How do you begin your day?

Maybe it’s ☕ a quiet cup of tea or coffee
🌿 stepping outside for a few minutes
📖 journaling or reading
🧘 stretching or meditation
🎶 listening to calming music
💛 setting an intention for the day
…or maybe it’s hitting snooze three times and rushing out the door. 😆

Your morning routine doesn’t have to be elaborate to be meaningful.

Even 5–10 intentional minutes can be a beautiful way to check in with yourself before giving your energy to the rest of the world.

✨ Today’s little Empowered Light challenge:
Tomorrow morning, give yourself ONE thing before you give your attention to everything else.

Now I’m curious…
👇 What is ONE thing you do (or would like to start doing) every morning?

💎✨ CRYSTAL OF THE WEEK: CARNELIAN ✨💎

This week we're shining the spotlight on the beautiful, fiery energy of Carnelian. 🧡

With its warm shades of orange, red and amber, Carnelian feels like the perfect crystal to welcome October. 🍂

🔮 What is Carnelian associated with?
In crystal traditions, Carnelian is often connected with:
✨ Creativity & inspiration
🔥 Motivation & confidence
🧡 Courage
🌱 Taking action on new ideas
😊 Joy & enthusiasm

Carnelian is also commonly associated with the Sacral Chakra, which is connected with creativity, emotions, pleasure and our ability to flow with life.

🌿 WAYS TO USE CARNELIAN
Carry a small piece with you when you need a reminder to move forward with something you've been putting off.
Place it near your workspace or creative area.
Hold it for a few quiet moments while setting an intention for your day.
Or simply display it somewhere you'll see its gorgeous fall colors. 🍁

✨ TRY THIS INTENTION:
“I allow myself to create, explore and move forward with confidence.”

💎 Do you have Carnelian in your crystal collection?

And if you don't know what crystal you have — bring it by the Empowered Light booth sometime. I LOVE talking crystals! 🧡✨
