We are excited to announce the launch of our Crocheting for a Cause Club starting Monday, October 19th!

Students (Grades 6–8) will learn how to crochet sleeping mats for the homeless out of "Plarn" (plastic yarn), which will be donated directly to the Charlotte Cares Coalition. No experience is needed—we will teach everything!

Where: G Building, Room G1

Contact: Ms. Monroe

🛍️ How You Can Help: Plastic Bag Drive!

Even if your student isn't joining the club, you can still support our project! We are actively collecting clean, dry plastic shopping bags (from stores like Walmart, Target, Publix, etc.).

Drop-off Locations:

Bring directly to Room G1

Drop off at the Main Office

Thank you for helping our students turn everyday waste into comfort for those in need!

📣 Shout-Out to Mrs. Milton and her students! ➗🎉

Math learning looked a lot like fun in Mrs. Milton’s classroom! Students were fully engaged in a round of Math-O—a math twist on Bingo where students solve problems to play. 🎯

With partner work, student thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and active engagement, this activity had all the essentials for meaningful student learning! 💡📚

We love seeing students work together, think critically, and have fun while learning!

Way to go, Mrs. Milton and students! 👏✨

Our students gained incredible insights into public service, community safety, and what it truly takes to lead with integrity. We deeply appreciate your dedication to serving our community and inspiring the next generation of leaders! 🚔💙
