πŸš’πŸ”₯ Fire Safety Prevention at Thomas Campus! πŸ”₯πŸš’

Our students had an amazing opportunity to learn about fire safety from the Port Arthur Fire Department! πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸš’πŸ‘¨πŸ½β€πŸš’

Students learned important fire safety tips and then headed outside to get a closer look at the equipment on the fire truck. They even had the chance to time one of the firefighters as he put on his full protective uniform! β±οΈπŸ§‘πŸ½β€πŸš’

A special thank you to Ms. Jones, our Communities In Schools of Southeast Texas site Coordinator, for putting together this fun and educational activity for our students. We truly appreciate you creating opportunities that help our students learn, stay safe, and connect with our community! ❀️

🏠 Need a new smoke detector? The Port Arthur Fire Department may be able to help! They offer smoke detector installation for residents who need them.

Thank you to our local firefighters for taking the time to educate and inspire our students! πŸš’β€οΈ
