Family Dodgeball Night was an absolute BLAST! 😂🙌 Thank you to everyone who came out to play, cheer, laugh, hang out, and help us kick off the school year BMS-style!

And a HUGE congratulations to our 2026 Family Dodgeball Champions — THE SWORDFISH! 🐟🏆 They survived the 8-team tournament and earned the bragging rights!

Thank you to everyone who helped make tonight happen. We had a great crowd, a ton of fun, and we are already saying…

Join us for our "ESTEEM Parent/Guardian Resource Night" on "Wednesday, September 2 at 6:00 PM" in the PAISD Administrative Building Boardroom!

Come learn more about the ESTEEM health curriculum used in "5th, 7th, and 9th grades" and pick up some great resources to help with healthy choices, online safety, communication, relationships, substance awareness, and more.

Mrs. Axtell’s art class took over the Harbor today! 🎨 Students practiced using descriptive words and listening carefully to clues to create their drawings. ✏️👀

🎉📚 We just wrapped up our Academic UIL Fair at BMS!

Our UIL coaches and sponsors had the opportunity to introduce their events, explain what students can expect, and encourage our Marlins to find the perfect competition for them. Students then had the chance to sign up and get ready to represent BMS later this year! 📝🧠🏆

We have an incredible group of people leading our Academic UIL program, and we can’t wait to watch our kids compete, grow, and do their very best!

We love handing out treats to the dogs who come along for the ride, so bring those pups with you! A huge thank-you to the awesome people who donate treats and help keep this fun tradition going. 💙

Here are some sights from another great day with our Marlins! 📸

Our students spent time with their BMS PRIDE Teams, went over team challenges, created their PRIDE ticket boxes, and had plenty of fun along the way! 🖤🩷🩵💚❤️💜🧡

We even practiced some important safety protocols—and, of course, our Marlins made it competitive as they worked to improve their times! ⏱️🚨💪

Teamwork, creativity, safety, and a little friendly competition…Day 2 had it all! We’re off to a GREAT start! 🌊🙌

🎉 What a GREAT first day at BMS! 🎉

Our hallways were filled with plenty of learning, laughter, and smiling faces—and we absolutely loved having all of our Marlins back together! 💙🐟

We didn’t waste any time getting right to learning! Students jumped into labs 🧪, writing activities ✍️, brain teasers 🧠, and more to set the tone for a fantastic academic year.

It was the perfect mix of hard work, fun, and reconnecting with friends and teachers. Day one is officially in the books—and if today was any indication, it’s going to be an incredible year at BMS!

That’s a great first day to be a Marlin! 🌊💙
