Introducing Chapman Cove, our newest development in the heart of Old Town Port Aransas!
We are incredibly excited to bring these nine homesites to one of the island’s most special locations. Tucked into a quiet pocket of Old Town just off of Twelfth St, Chapman Cove offers the rare opportunity to build near the beach while still being just a quick walk, bike ride or golf-cart ride from Horace Caldwell Pier, the jetties, marinas, restaurants, shopping and everything people love about Port Aransas.
Each homesite has its own unique size, layout and potential, with several larger lots and 2 extremely spacious gulf front lots. Our vision is to create a small, thoughtfully designed neighborhood featuring coastal Craftsman-style homes that feel connected to the character and history of Old Town.
At the entrance of the development sits the original Chapman house, believed to have been built around 1928 on the historic Chapman Ranch and later brought to Port Aransas by barge. Rather than remove it, we chose to preserve the home, relocate it just a few feet and place it on a brand-new foundation. It will now serve as the heart of Chapman Cove and the inspiration for the homes that will surround it.
